Nature of Complaint Concerns raised following a Social Care Assignment, during which the Complainant (professional in attendance at the meeting) had concerns around the Registrants competence, ability and professionalism. The Complainant raised concerns around the Registrants production/reception skills and alleged that there were gaps in information relay/flow of information.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of Section 1.3, 3.1, 3.2, 4.2 and 6.1 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was a realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practise, but that it was not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee. The Case Examiners did offer advice to the Registrant around the importance of acting professionally to inspire trust.
