Nature of Complaint Complainant raised concerns around conduct during an employment support meeting on 29th May 2019. It was alleged that the Registrant made the Complainant feel patronised and appeared impatient towards the Complainant. The Complainant alleged the Registrant repeated information unnecessarily, as if it had not been understood, and did not match the Complainants own language.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of Section 1.1 and 6.1 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was not a realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practice, and it was therefore not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee.

The Case Examiners felt that as the Registrant had discussed, given deep thought to and reflected on the assignment within professional supervision (confirmation from supervisor provided) and that this showed that the Registrant was committed to enhancing their development and is open to feedback and discussion. Case Closed.
