The Chair Of NRCPD, Liz Duncan, will be attending VLP's annual conference in Bristol on 30 September; and the Director, Alan Peacock, will be attending ASLI's annual conference in London on 23 September. We look forward to seeing those of you who are attending.
The next meeting of the NRCPD Board will take place on 26 September and an up date will be provided in October. The next Practitioners Forum meeting is scheduled for 17 October in York.
The retained consultants submitted a report and final draft of the revised NOS to the Steering Group on 3 August, which contained a number of amendments following the stakeholder consultation in July. The Steering Group has reviewed and signed off the final draft which has now been submitted to the UK NOS panel for approval.
We welcome Kate Price back from maternity leave on 9 October in the role of Registration Service Manager. The Director and the NRCPD Board would like to thank Heidi Doyle for her excellent work in covering the role over the past year.
