Nature of Complaint Complainant raised concerns around unethical and unprofessional behaviour. Allegations included that the Registrant was acting for a monetary gain, having the Complainant removed from an assignment so they (the Registrant) could be appointed.
Summary Investigation initiated into potential breach of Section 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 4.1 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Complainant withdrew the complaint. NRCPD therefore closed the case with no further action.
