Registration Services Officer

NRCPD is looking for a diligent and client focused Registration Services Officer. We are embarking on a period of important and developmental change as a charity and independent voluntary regulator. Our purpose is to promote the best possible communication between D/deaf, deafblind people and hearing people. We set high professional standards and register communication professionals who meet these standards. Numbers are growing year on year and we now have more than 1,500 practitioners on our registers. Our vision is for every communication professional working with D/deaf and deafblind people to be required by law to register with us.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a competent and experienced register or membership administrator with a wide range of skills to make a difference in promoting our service, building confidence and trust with our stakeholders, and raising standards to keep people safe.

We are looking for a flexible team player who can also support the wider responsibilities of the team whilst maintaining high standards of customer service and attention to detail. Experience of working in a member services and administration environment will be important for the successful candidate and additional knowledge of governance support is beneficial.
