Dear Registrants,
Ahead of the next CPD audit taking place in April 2023, we will be releasing bitesize CPD pointers on our social media channels to assist you with submitting your CPD.
The results from previous audits indicate that the main reason for CPD being rejected is a lack of reflective notes. Reflective notes are an opportunity for you to demonstrate what you have learned from the CPD activity and how it will inform your practice going forwards.
Evidence that does not meet or match the evidence requirements for that CPD activity is another reason for CPD being rejected. The CPD handbook lists the evidence requirements for a variety of structured and unstructured CPD activities on Pages 14 - 17. We would highly recommend that you refer to the handbook when inputting your CPD. You can find the handbook on our homepage at: www.nrcpd.org.uk.
As the next CPD audit takes place this April, we will be contacting those selected for audit in February. Please keep an eye on your emails in case you are selected for audit.
With thanks,
NRCPD.
