NRCPD is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Engagement Officer to join our team. As the Engagement Officer you will play a vital role in NRCPD's efforts to develop the professions, strengthen regulation and empower d/Deaf* and deafblind communities by building strong connections with stakeholders.
Your exceptional engagement skills and understanding of diverse stakeholders will be instrumental in fostering partnerships, promoting awareness and advancing NRCPD's mission of unlimited inclusion. Your role will be focused on designing and developing in-person and online registrant stewardship and community engagement.
The role involves marketing and communications and you will be able to produce NRCPD communications in English and BSL.
We are looking for a BSL user with strong communication, media and presentation skills, who has a genuine passion for empowering d/Deaf* and deafblind communities and promoting unlimited inclusion through excellence in Language Service Provision with previous experience of engagement, community outreach and a track record of creating effective connections.
