Nature of Complaint Complainant raised concerned that the Registrant could not keep up with the pace at a training event. There were allegations and concerns raised that the Registrant used many out of context signs and struggled to deliver the content of the training, meaning information was inaccurate/missed.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of Section 1.3, 3.1 and 3.2 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was a realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practise in relation to the allegations, but that it was not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee.

Case Examiners gave advice to the Registrant about future conduct and performance, focussing on preparing for assignments and assessing suitability and competence.
