Sanction	Complaints Committee Order of Conditions 7 February 2014 Preamble This Order of Conditions against the registration of Diana Smith as an NRCPD registered Interpreter, is made for a period of 2 years. The Order will be reviewed by a Committee of NRCPD before it expires. The Registrant may not request an early review of this order until at least 18 months has elapsed from the date that the Order was made. Conditions: 1. The Registrant will not practise as an NRCPD Registered Interpreter until she has demonstrated to the satisfaction of any reviewing Committee that she has: (a) Satisfactorily demonstrated to an NRCPD appointed assessor that she has all the relevant competencies within the National Occupational Standards for Interpreting: (b) Complied with the following requirements as to Continuing Professional Development: (i) Complied with the prevailing NRCPD requirements for Continuing Professional Development; (ii) Maintained a comprehensive and contemporaneous log of Continuing Professional Development; (iii) Maintained a comprehensive and contemporaneous reflective journal of Continuing Professional Development and its impact on her practice; (c) Arranged and attended a meeting with NRCPD prior to any review of the Order to demonstrate compliance with the conditions; 2. The Registrant must appoint a mentor from the list of ASLI trained mentors; 3. The Registrant must maintain contact with the mentor and abide by all reasonable requests.
