British Sign Language (BSL) users can now use SignLive to contact NRCPD.
Members of the public can call to enquire whether a professional is registered, for general information, or to make a complaint about a registrant.
Registrants can call to discuss their registration, CPD, invoices, general enquiries and complaints.
SignLive is a free service that will connect you to an NRCPD registered online BSL Interpreter.
You can download the SignLive app on your phone or tablet or use a web browser by visiting www.signlive.co.uk/login
If this is your first time using the service you’ll need to complete a one time registration.
Once logged in, you can contact NRCPD for free, through the Community Directory by tapping on NRCPD and then ‘Call’.
